Strengths:

  • Always remember to build on your Strengths.
  • What do you do extremely well?
  • What unique resources do you have?
  • What outstanding relationships and alliances do you enjoy?
  • What are your competitive advantages?

    Weakness:

  • Always remember to recognize your weaknesses.
  • What do you lack?
  • What do you do poorly?
  • What do you need to improve?
  • What are your competitive liabilities?

    Opportunities:

  • Always remember to evaluate your opportunities.
  • What trends will benefit you?
  • What unique opportunities do you see?
  • What competitors’ vulnerabilities can you use to your advantage?
  • How can you use your strengths to take advantage of opportunities?

    Threats:

  • Always remember to research your threats.
  • What competition’s intentions could harm you?
  • What new regulations could affect you?
  • How clients’ new demands can hurt you?
  • What threats do your weaknesses expose you to?
