Corporate Leadership Training for Meeting Planners
My corporate leadership training policy is to be easy to work with – planning an event is a huge amount of work, and I believe it is just as important to do a good job for you on the platform, as it is to do a good job for you off the platform.

Contact me – and let's explore how we can work together. I always adapt my work to my clients' specific needs.
I have trained literally thousands of managers.
I have years of experience on the platform - and my focus is to make sure participants walk away with how-to, practical tools that will help them improve their performance on the job.
I am results-oriented and I always talk about specific techniques.
Leadership development is not about theories, about some guru's new ideas, or about storytelling (although storytelling is a teaching vehicle).
Leadership development is about new behaviors that eventually become daily habits.
Leadership is not something abstract that can not be measured.
Leadership is about concrete, observable and measurable behaviors.
